Fun and Funky

Sometimes I'm in the mood for a different looking card.  This fits the bill.  The colors are Melon Mambo, Whisper White, and Basic Black.  The Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder add lots of great texture.  Who can resist the Melon Mambo Scallop Dots ribbon, it adds the perfect touch.  This card demostrates that you don't always have to use both parts of a two step stamp. I only used the bold stamps for the large design and then both pieces for the small flower design, of the stamp set Awash with Flowers.

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas!

The red glitter paper and the silver glitter paper give this card a lot of bling.  Love it!  Colors are Real Red, Whisper White, and Basic Black.  The stocking punch makes this easy to create.  The greeting is from the Heard From The Heart stamp set.  If you haven't started your Christmas cards yet, like me, it's not too late.

Perfect Hostess Gift

I am the hostess for our Thanksgiving feast.  I love it!  Friends, family, and sometimes guests from other places, gather around our Thanksgiving tables. We have three.  Then there's the annual game of Risk that the guys play.  This gets wicked sometimes.  Of course there is always football on the TV.  The ladies make their Christmas cards for the year.  I love this time together!  This Petal Cone could be filled with a wonderful treat for your Thanksgiving hostess.  A great way to say thank you for all your hard work.
To create this you need the Petal Cone die, Spice Cake designer series paper, Soft Suede cardstock, Leaves  #2 die, and the Square Lattice embossing folder.

A little chocolate

This cute  little purse holds two mini chocolate bars.  We created it in the Sept. stamp camp. The DSP used is Beyond the Garden. Carstock used is Melon Mambo.  The flowers on the front were embosssed with white and Melon Mambo embossing powders. The handle is white grossgrain ribbon held onto the purse by clear Rhinestone Brads. What a great way to leave a special treat for a friend.

Different color combination for fall.

This card was created in the Sept. stamp camp.  Pool Party, Soft Suede, and Early Expresso are the colors used.  Texture was added to the background using the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder.  The First Edition Specialty designer series paper adds the newspaper look under the embossed leaves.  The 1/8" Early Expresso ribbon adds just the right touch.

A monochromatic card.

Whisper White and Peach Parfait are the colors here.  The word window punch was used to create the greeting.  The lattice embossing folder creates the background. A Filagree brad creates the flower's center. the Peach Parfait 1/2"stitched Poly-Ribbon adds a great step up.  The flower is from Printed Petals and the greeting is from On your Birthday.
